2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Be available to receive orders at the specified delivery address
• Treat delivery partners and restaurant staff with respect

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order through Keeggi:

• You agree to pay the full amount including food cost, taxes, and delivery fees
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• We accept various payment methods including cards, UPI, and cash on delivery
• Order confirmation is subject to availability and acceptance by the restaurant
• Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and may expire

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Orders can be cancelled before the restaurant starts preparation
• Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible
• Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Quality issues should be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• Refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method or wallet
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for fraudulent claims

5. Platform Limitations

Keeggi acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality, preparation, or safety of food items, which is the sole responsibility of the restaurant partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and other factors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime for maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Keeggi platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Keeggi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keeggi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
